We have recently switched our invoice software to Freshbooks. Freshbooks is an online invoicing and time-tracking service that is also available as an iPhone application. We started with the free trial version and found the service was easy-to-use and improved our invoicing efficiency. With the addition of invoice reminders (with three variable formats) and expense recording, we're content with the features in their paid product.
